The BMW X4 comes standard with xDrive all-wheel drive, making it a versatile and practical companion on the road. The X4 xDrive30i is the entry-level X4 and gets a turbocharged four-cylinder engine producing 248 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque. Though the X4 xDrive30i is already fun to drive, the M Sport Package adds an M Sport suspension system that brings an even more engaging drive.

The X4 M40i sits just above the X4 xDrive30i and gets a little bit more power, standard M Sport details, and a 4.4-second zero to 60 mph time. This seriously impressive performance is thanks to the turbocharged inline six-cylinder found under the hood, producing 382 horsepower and 369 pound-feet of torque. Standard xDrive allows all that power to get to the ground and provides ample acceleration as well as fierce highway passing capabilities. All versions of the BMW X4 get an eight-speed automatic transmission that provides smooth upshifts and quick downshifts.

Every BMW X4 comes standard with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, both displayed on a central 12.3-inch touchscreen. Live Cockpit Professional utilizes a configurable digital gauge cluster and an available head-up display to keep the driver well-informed and attentive.

There's plenty of optional technology available on the BMW X4, too. A Drive Recorder tracks everything, making it possible to record a video of the vehicle's surrounding at all times. Wireless device charging, remote engine start, and a 360-degree camera system add even more value.
